Option to auto hide helmet in cutscenes

I'd like to wear a helmet while questing and adventuring, but have it automatically hidden during a cutscene so I can admire WoL's infinite assortment of facial expressions. A toggle for this under settings would be perfect.

this is a good idea.

I fully support this - it's why I stopped glamouring a helmet as PLD because I found myself having to hide it for cutscenes anyway, the few times I RPd with it visible just wasn't worth it. So I definetely agree this would be a much appreciated change!

Yes, this would be a great feature to have automated. Currently I tend to do it by hand when needed but why not have an automated feature you can enable and not think about? Sometimes I'd forget to take it off before starting a cutscene too and that can be frustrating especially when its the first time you're seeing it. It can ruin the whole feel of a cutscene.

For some reason I thought this was already a thing. I know there's a few games that have this option.

I was gonna say the same thing. Could have sworn this was possible. And yes it is for sure a thing in other games.

I thought it was in game already too! I looked up and googled the heck out of it. Maybe it was an option in 2.0 and for some reason they ditched it? I can’t for the life of me remember exactly what game I was religiously playing that had this option. Might have been a one player game, like Dragonage, or maybe Guild Wars 2? ESO? Definitely not WoW.
