Issue buying the game for PS5

Hello all,

I just got a PS5 and am wanting to set up a new service account and buy the game. I have a PC account for me, the PS will be for the wife. For some reason it's not letting men purchase the download. "Something Went Wrong" shows up after hitting confirm payment.

Pertinent Info

1. I don't have the console in hand yet

2. I've created a Playstation Network account

3. I went through Mogstation (logged in on my account) > Add New Service Account > PS4/5 > Purchase Full Version, which took me to the PS site.

4. I logged out and logged back in

5. I've removed the game from my cart, reloaded the site, and added it again

6. I confirmed that my payment method information was correct



What am I doing wrong? I'd really like to have the account set up and ready to download tomorrow night after the console arrives.
