FFXIV Online Store Error Code 401

Been trying to buy something from the online store since yesterday before the patch dropped and I keep getting this error that’s mentioned in the title. I’m on console so if anyone else here uses PS4/5 and knows a solution I would love your help. So I’ve tried using a different device to buy something, tried using another browser, resetting my router, resetting my console, tried using PayPal, and still to no avail. I contacted my issuers and they claimed that nothing is wrong from their end. Wtf is up with Square Enix not having a store well functioning enough for me to buy anything???
