Softlock in new MSQ Solo Instance

Steps: I covered a NPC during the solo instance with Scarmiglione as the NPC was being chained and in doing so my character was locked instead but the NPC still had the chains. The other NPCs destroyed the chains but my character was still locked in place and I could not do any actions or move until my character was killed and the instance restarted.
