I wasn't going to bring this up seeing as 2.0 draws nearer, but with the player poll hinting that there's still plenty of work to be done on the visual art packets... I'd like to make a request and see if I can get some support behind it:
When 2.0 comes and we get our character re-creation... can we of lalafell origin choose an option to not be so... chunky? Just an option is all I'm asking - an alternative from maybe a few preset weights...
There's a definitive triangle shape to lalafell and, while I've greatly enjoyed being a short round, it still bugs me that I run around looking like a little anthropomorphic cheese wedge.
We've got so much junk in the trunk we make SCALE MAIL look awkward. Scale mail is supposed to look badass on everything.
Help me out! If miqo'te can get a boob job, lalafell can hit the gym!

Is like asking for dwarfs to be tallers and have a thin body or roegadyn to be less muscular and to have a normal looking skin our humans to have tails, be a LOT taller like elezens and muscular, the races are the way they are and for the standars of the races we are in shape and healty.
So no, please dont make the race less junky but yes please add a lot of options so we can have fat , normal and thin characters, including lalafells ! -

Still, while I understand that lalafell proportions are based primarily on children (facial features close together, 5 heads tall instead of 7, etc.), I do meet children whose hips aren't quite wide enough to be used as a watermelon cannon.

Maybe I should just wait for character recreation for 2.0 and go with extra-extra short lalafell and call it a day!
