Just remove the 3% in MCH, and a suggestion for pld cover fix.

Seeing that it had a quite useless change, as for now you deal 95% damage of the enemy HP IF and a huge thick IF the 3% proc? is really useless like why even? in my honest opinion just remove this effect and make it something as "Deals more 20% damage" or whatever, since it's a line aoe skill can just be an aoe version of drill that deals a little less extra damage with Analysis.

Because at the very least back then gambling an analysis that you could of used with drill after on a chainsaw and hoping it would proc was at least rewarding and worth the risk mentally, now? why I should even bother throw a chainsaw with 3% proc to deal 95% damage on say a mnk that is chasing me on full health? when they can just spam recup and back full up?

I'm surprised they actually did this useless change that I can't even call it a nerf or a buff it's simply unimportant, while the pld cover is still untouched that is proven for a while it's kind of giving the player huge advantage at no risk at all, so how about this? Make the cover take 80% of the target damage, and I mean take the damage only, and not make them immune to crowd control such as stun, slow, sleep etc, as of right now it will will even ruin the rival wings as well that you devs worked on to get it back up.

I'm all for removing silly % based procs entirely from PvP. They do not belong there, nor do instant kills or even 95% DMG attacks.

The PLD cover sucks.

Lmao just lost a game because of the one shot. Would have survived, was kiting for 30+ seconds, did everything right. Still died 'cause 3% is allowed to swing a game entirely, instead of actual skill or decision making.

It's happened four times in two days now, just thought you'd all like to know the lovely state of balance our lord and saviour Yoshi has bestowed on us.

All instant kill mechanics should be gone or adjusted. We all knew we wouldn't like Chainsaw the moment we saw the new PvP kits, and nothing has changed after four months. It was a stupid idea back then and it's still a stupid idea now. SAM players and their enemies alike would likewise be better off with a change in LB that works better at higher ranks.

It is baffling Cover went unchanged, for sure. I had similar thoughts, that it should absorb 90% of damage (same amount as Guard), but either way yeah in-battle elixir in CC and being able to channel objectives in FL is really stupid.

Stuff like this makes me doubtful how much of the development team besides Yoshi-P plays at Crystal rank.
