Linkshell improvements request

I'd like to request any (or all) of the following changes to improve the usability of both local as well as crossworld linkshells.


- An additional role that can only invite but not kick people.

- Being able to see how long someone hasn't logged on.

- Turning local linkshells into crossworld linkshells at some point. Local linkshells seem rather outdated these days. Changing them into cwls (and therefore doubling cwls) would make them more useful for the communities we built before crossworld happened.

I want the first two, but I still use server shells. Either way they could both do with a limit increase.
