Latency Issues got fixed.. and then FF14 IP changed

So a few months ago I made a post about latency issues around night and the patch that came after it pretty much fixed all problems for me. The previous IP was 195.82.50.10 and my problem of the route going from my place (Portugal) through New York and back to Germany server had been fixed, dropping my ms from 140 back to 70 and all latency problems had disappeared.

Since then the IP changed for whatever reason (80.239.145.7) and the same problem came back with it so again when raid time comes I'm a burden to the group because it's nearly impossible to raid when mechanics lag/freeze for 3 to 5 secs.

Is there any way to use the previous IP or to solve this issue once again so I'm free to play without unbearable latency lags?

Also, any automatic troubleshooting won't work since I've gotten it before and I've tried it all and it's a server issue and not an internet issue since no other online game suffers from this. It's probably just the terrible routing causing these issues.

PS: Some people I raid with occasionally complain about this issue aswell so it's not a personal issue, most definitely a routing problem from SE or congestion.
