NPC Name: Junkmonger -but has the inventory of the NPC named 'Housing Merchant' found in other Housing districts

Area and coordinates: Empyreum Ward 1 X10.2; Y11.9

Steps:
1. Could not locate Ward 'Housing Merchant' Noted that 2 NPC's were both named 'Junkmonger'
2. Checked merchant selling list of 'Junkmonger' at location X10.2; Y11.9 confirmed it sold items typically sold by a 'Housing Merchant' and NOT those typically associated with Junkmongers.
3. Decided to check the other 'Junkmonger' in the zone (located at X10.2; Y10.5) and it does in fact sell the proper 'Junkmonger' wares.
