Estate Timer stuck at "Retrieving Information"

Steps:
1. Open Timers
2. Move to the Estate tab so that it shows "Retrieving Information..."
3. Change area while 2. is still loading
Result: The Estate tab is stuck at "Retrieving Information..." forever until you restart the whole game
