I hope this is the right place for this.
On my character, the subcommand when I right click anything in my inventory doesn't appear. Because of this, I can't use items or sell items.
It does work outside of my inventory when I right click a player or NPC. It could be a keybind issue, as it works on a new character, but I've yet to find anything that fixes it.
I'd rather not have to completely delete all my settings if I can help it.

Are you able to test and see if binding the right-click function to a different key (on your keyboard or on a different button on your mouse, if you have any) will allow you to use items within your inventory? Considering that this is not an issue on a different character, it may be an issue with the keybinds as you had mentioned.
