Stuck at "strangers in a strange land".

Level 56 Ninja....
I have finished "Master and Student" and received the reward. I tried every step in the next quest, but I cannot find anyone I'm supposed to talk to. Is there a side quest I am supposed to do? What am I missing? Aside from being a sprout? lol
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to complete the MSQ quest "Before the Dawn" before you'll be able to get "Strangers in a Strange Land".
