It would allow teams to compensate if they get, say, 3 tanks and 2 healers without requiring a new code. I mean, since you have the same code in frontline already. It would also promote the health of CC, letting me go in on a tank, get XP for a tank, but play a decent class(looking at you, GNB :sadface:)
There's no reason to do this because if, for some obscene reason, a meta like 5 WAR or 5 WHM arose, then even if everyone started playing skill would take the fore instead of RNG BS.
