Hotbar & HUD not saving?

Hello! I'm having an issue where my hotbars & hud are not saving. I redid my entire Dancer hotbar & even changed my hud, only to log out and log back in and have it all reset to the way it was before.

I've tried to change the properties to not be "Read Only" but when I do it from the main folder, it's still made to be "Read Only." I DID check the 'HOTBAR.DAT' file to try and make it change to not be 'Read Only' but it reset back to Read Only.

It hasn't updated itself since 6/29/2022, BUT the 'HOTBAR.DAT.new' last updated 7/28/2022. I have no idea what to do, so please help! :(:(

I apologize for the delay in our response. If the folders are continuing to reset to 'Read Only', then there may be a setting or permission on your PC that is causing for this to happen. However, if you haven't already, I would recommend performing an uninstall and fresh reinstall of the game to see if that helps with this issue.
