Poor Connection at charactor selection screen

Hello,
For a long time, I had excellent connection to FF14.
Recently, my connection, per this game, states my connection is poor.
I ran pings to the primal datacenter and they are approx 83-86ms, Speed test is normal with pings approx 9ms to local test center and no drops or issues i can see at the time with Tracert.

The 9002 disconnects are getting old. the connection every now and then will show excellent then go back to poor next time I log in.

Anyone else seeing this?
