Enable/Disable Direct Chat

Does anyone know of a macro for Enabling and Disabling this WITHOUT having to go into Keybinds or System config to click the little box EACH time?

(For the people that dont know what Direct Chat is; "Direct chat mode allows you to enter a message simply by typing, rather than needing to select the chat entry field beforehand.")

When direct chat is disabled, just press enter or slash to begin typing.

Enter focuses the chat box with the cursor at the end of anything that was previously typed but not sent.
Slash focuses the chat box, clears anything previously typed, and types a slash so that you can immediately start typing a command.
