Xbox Controller Issue

So, I use an Xbox Controller to play XIV and recently, there was an update issued to the controller itself. After the update, I tried playing XIV and came across an issue:

So, trying to interact with the menu, my X Button inputs for A and vice versa and my B Button inputs for Y and vice versa, so the buttons are swapped every time I log into the game. After doing the controller calibration, the buttons are fixed and back to normal, but this keeps happening every time I log into the game.

Does this happen using the Windows version of Final Fantasy XIV or the Steam version? Could you try plugging the controller into a different port on the PC? In addition to that, have you tried using a different controller?
