hi fellow technical support, it is I (again haha)
so I kind-of figured out about the crashing game when opening system config and the resolution by reinstalling the whole game
but unfortunately the sound no longer working and only worked once the night after the reinstall
dunno if this is important but even by saving the files on D drive also worked
should I resend the system report again?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing audio issues currently. I would like to ask, is the audio in-game distorted, too quiet, or can no audio be heard at all? Does adjusting the audio settings in-game have any effect? Does this audio issue cause any crashing, and are there any error codes that appear? Also, have you tried updating your system's audio drivers recently? If you haven't, I would recommend reviewing your audio drivers to make sure that they are up-to-date. Additionally, please feel free to send us a System Report!

Apparently no sound at all sadly
While I'm suspecting something's wrong with any of my files I figured asking may help figuring out on which would be the reason haha
Thankfully no error code, game works perfectly minus any audio
I believe my audio driver is up to date, so hopefully a simple fix would be the solution <3 just need to figure out~

Does the lack of audio happen when headphones are being used? If so, which brand is being used? Additionally, are any other external devices such as speakers plugged into the PC as well?
