UI for selecting abilities and synthesis

Hey guys,

I was unsure where to post this, but it ended up in the UI forum. This probably affects the people that read this forum more-so, so I wanted to link it through.

Have a read, throw in some ideas. This is more for the people that craft quite a lot, yet aren't totally stoked about the UI, and thinks it can be improved. If you like the crafting UI as it is, you can skip over this post.
