Bug: Luminous Spire skill Animation

In the past when performing "Luminous Spire" as part of the animation your sword would charge up with a "Shine" on it's blade, That no longer occurs ever since I switched to a longsword.

Really anoying since it's the only unique animation we have right now.

Steps:
Performing the skill Luminous Spire when using an Iron Longsword. Missing the "charging on the blade" at the very start of the animation.
