Instanced housing is just not possible with the current server tech. Next thing you know, people will be asking for entire instanced islands to themselves.
Truly you are only making the best choices for the playerbase

Posting on the "Official forums" feels like you are just tossing your opinion into the void. SE has had plenty of time to fix housing and they choose band-aid fixes every time. Your only options are keep eating the crap they give you or unsub sadly. I have my doubts that anything will change substantially in the next few years.

Welcome to the club many of us have brought up idea after idea on instance houses to instance gardens for onions to instance workshops all fall on deaf ears

Who doesnt love low effort bandaids that dont address the core issues?

The problem SE has is that the made what is possibly the most customizable housing solution of any MMO, current ones included... for a playerbase that was a fraction of the size it is today. There weren't enough houses from Day 1. But back then, there were more houses than gil on the server.

Imagine the tantrums if they removed much of the customizing available in exchange for housing for all.
