Fishing Guide: Records Rank List?

Is there a list of ranks out there for the Fishing Guide's Records?

So far I was only able to find old posts that listed the following:

AAA
AA
A
B

I have also experienced S rank in game as well. Just wondering if there are any in depth guides on this.

S ranks exist but aren't everywhere and can't all be attained right now.

The Ruby Sea:

Yanxia:
Small - Dragon Squeaker (AA)
Average - Fangshi (AA)
Big - Icthyosaur (AA)

The Azim Steppe:
Small - Soul of the Stallion (AA)

The Lochs:
Small - Diamond Dagger (AAA)

Minimum Values
Fishing:
- When S values are added, existing fish do not meet them. New fish from the point the value is added onwards will meet them instead.
- S values do not exist everywhere; the table below specifies where they do and don't.
- Coastlines and Rivers have no fish that meet their S rank value as far as is currently known.
- S in Sands can also be The Horned King or Thorned Lizard.
- S in Deep Sea can also be Elasmosaurus.

Spearfishing:
- S values do not exist anywhere.
- Prior to EW AAA only existed in Norvrandt. They exist in Thavnair which is a new zone in EW.
- The Ruby Sea and The Lochs have AAA due to the zones getting new holes in EW.
- AAA values are the same for the sizes between every zone except The Ruby Sea, which has a slighly larger AAA value.
