Indoor Housing Skywatcher?

Can we get a Skywatcher furniture item where we can check the weather while in our house? It would be really useful for people doing fishing quests or what have you, though honestly I just want it so i know if its raining where i'm teleporting to so i can have my parasol out already, lol.

So, basically, the thing that the sky watchers are in front of whilst in a city as a housing item, whilst choosing what you want your sky watcher to look like - choose race and gender, similar to other housing permits like maids, butlers etc, then you walk up to them say "How's the weather", they show you the weather.
