Ideias to Fix the Bad Report System

Perhaps, among all the current games FFXIV is the one that has the worst system for us to make reports against another player.

Recently Zepla made a video exploring this decaying system and gave suggestions on how to improve it.

In short, instead of keeping all those secret menus and complex forms, what if we just have boxes to check on each type of problem? What if we have the report types as selectable items (to help controller users) and more space to describe what happened?

How about if such a menu and forms were accessible only by clicking on the name of the player we want to report instead of a REALLY hidden spot in the Support Desk?

What if the item "world", "name" and "time" of the target were auto-fill things?

What if filling out the text on the forms DOES NOT RESET when entering a duty?

Perhaps, the GM team doesn't receive many complaint forms daily not because we have a community of saints, but because the system is not at all accessible to most.

We really need to be more helpfull since the increase of players on all servers and to contribute to keep our servers clean from bots, trolls and weird people!
