I don't know how to get past this duty as I am unsure whether its my hp prior or something else can someone point me in the right direction
The main gimmick is that you need to use Horrid Roar to shoot down the distant enemies up on the gantry, and to destroy the swarm of magitek bits late in the fight.

I tried to get the enemies up on the gantry but didn't work
Horrid Roar should hit them – it's guaranteed from what I've experienced.
Maybe you're not in range? Try moving close to the corner of the arena so you're as near to them as you can be.
