I have no clue what or why my game is crashing at this point, so here I am, back in the forms, trying to get help. Crashes started in 6.1 cutscenes, would always crash around cutscenes. Seemingly started by only crashing around 1 or 2 specific cutscenes in the dungeon. After multiple attempts at clean wipes, repairing, and reinstalls of the game, its seemingly only getting worse. Its almost as if the glitch is moving on its own will at this point. Had a few situations of entire areas just being a crash if I was in them more then 5 min. Since the announcement with the new relic weapons, ive been doing the hildabrand quest on alt characters to prepare. First time, was getting consistent crashes at the first cutscene of "go east nashu" quest. Was for a time able to get around said issue by reverting to DX9, finishing the scene, and then changing back to DX11. Decided to attempt a "repair game files", which only made things worse. Started to get crashes when just standing in the gold saucer. Did a full wipe of the game, with a reinstall, and now was getting crashes in COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CUTSCENES IN THE HILDABRAND QUEST. Through this all ive been testing if the same 6.1 scenes that were causing issues beforehand were still causing issues, to which they were not. Ones that would make the game crash worked fine, and ones that worked fine now crashed the game. Nothing about this situation makes sense at this point. Ill now list all the things ive done to try and fix the situation: underclocked my GPU, overclocked GPU, put the game on both an external SSD as well as having it on the main C drive, completely ridded myself of direct X and did full reinstalls of it, done fresh installs of all of my graphics drivers multiple times, changed every single nividia setting I can think of, turned off every overlay that could even think of appearing (xbox gamebar, nividia overlay, ect), used every external program I can think of to make sure not a SINGLE piece of my hardware is being problematic, run in admin mode, done over a dozen "clean boots" turning off everything from start up and rebooting, turning off all my antivirus and reinstalling the game (also done this multiple times), and last but not least done an entire nuke of my PC, back to factory settings, with litterly nothing on it but my preferred browser, my antivirus, and 14. Ive done everything I can find on every forum, every comment, and every video. Nothing is working. Nothing about the issue seems consistent at this point. Its as if im spinning a roulette board every time I try to reinstall or repair to see what new cutscene/zone will break this time. If this is truly on my end, I have no idea what it is thats causing it. I can only assume that this HAS to be an issue with the 14 code its self. If ANYONE has ANY IDEAS that could help, im open to them. Im desperate.

Some answers would be pretty nice. Im far from the only person suffering from similar issues and this isent even my first thread asking about this all. At least some recognition that this is an issue being looked into for a fix would be far more helpful then the utter silence and less then useful copy and pasted "fixes" given to the dozen other people posting about this recently.

Well, no one is gonna help you after seeing you use FFXIV TexTools. That is a prohibited program that can and will get you banned for using due to people reporting you and/or official forum staff seeing it and issuing a ban on your account for using it. Beyond that, you also have the cancer that is OneDrive on your PC which is known to cause many problems too. Up to and including taking over your entire OS and forcing you to reinstall Windows from scratch.
