My Beast Tribe quest have been unavailable since the patch on July 4th. Unfortunately not many of my friends do beast tribes so I am not sure who all has this issue.

You probably didn't complete a previous day's beast tribe quest. Until you complete all of them from previous days, you can't pickup anymore. This includes quests from all beast tribes.

No open quest, even my Ehcatl Nine has said unavailable since the patch.

Do you have a picture of the error and the Journal? You can upload them to image websites. It could be a bug, but usually things like this are just a misunderstanding because the game has so few bugs that most people have never seen one before.

check your journal and abandon all quests you may be holding onto. You will not be able to accept additional Tribe quests until you either complete the ones you are holding over since July 4 OR abandon them.

Provide screen shots of your Journal, your Reputation, and also the NPC quest giver.

did my 3 quests today so far no problem.

I'm actually having a similar issue. There's no amount of 'check your journal and delete old quests' about it. My Arkasodara quests are simply not showing up whatsoever a day after patch. I submitted an in-game bug report about it, but it's both relieving and upsetting to see someone else is also having a similar issue I am. In my case, my Arkasodara NPC(s) are not spawning in whatsoever. Both of them for advancing your reputation and just simply taking on the daily quests will not spawn, and it's day two of this happening for me. I've tried validating my game files, logging out and logging back in, restarting my PC -- nothing seems to work, and I'm reluctant on reinstalling since everything else works fine.

I don't know if OP's quest givers are invisible, but mine sure are.

Edit: I figure I should add that I'm maxed out with the Arkasodara as well. I don't know if that has anything to do with anything here. But... all my current beast tribes are maxed out in reputation.

That's strange. The beast tribe quests appear to be there on your map, so as far as the game is concerned, the NPC is there offering the quest, but it's not showing up for you to click.

Same case with me, after the patch my beast tribe allowance wont reset
