Launcher not giving play button

I have been unable to get past the launcher screen it take a few seconds to fully load even after that I don't get the green play button. (Ps4)

-On the PS4 browser, please clear the cookies and browsing history.
-Ensure that the Javascript and cookies are enable.

Hi thanks for the reply i tried this but still nothing i haven't been able play this game all day now because of this

Does this issue occur if the game is uninstalled and then reinstalled? If you have not attempted to already, could you try reinstalling the game?
