Incorrect redirect action when using the side navigation.

Details: When using the side navigation on Lodestone it basically redirects then says page not found.

Steps:
1. Head to http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com/pl/index.html
2. Head to http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com.../config01.html
3. Click on http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com...g01.html#Anc_8, then follow that link to http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com...i/macro01.html
