Retainer list has a 3rd name (mine)

My retainer list shows three names, the first of which is screwy:

Nickname: Nightshade Alunasol (My char's name)
Level: 1 Location: - - -
Nickname: <RetainerName>
Level: 1 Location: <normal location>
Nickname: <RetainerName#2>
Level: 1 Location: <normal location>

I think it's related to my other..."issue"...with the wards. :o

EDIT: My list has been like this for a long while now (few months)
