Two games, one PC?

I have two Square accounts and want to dual box, however, when I have one game windowed and I try to start another game an error appears telling me to shut the current game off first. Has anyone been able to play two games on one PC? I contact SE support and they said that if I can do it they don't have an issue with it, but they didn't have any idea on how to make it happen. Any help would be appreciated.
