SE already sent email saying I have to restore access to steam client before being able to play, but steam support isn't replying for 2 days now.
Is it possible to get new steam account, buy the license and THEN use my login credentials to access an account that's been linked to my other steam account? I know that's a bit of a hipshot, but I'm going nuts here and wonder how to solve this. Wish there was a way to unlink the game from steam, but apparently that's not possible.....

We apologize for the inconvenience as the issue you are describing would not be able to be handled by the technical support forums. The issue would best be handled by the European Square Enix Support Center as the account in question appears to be part of that region.
