My friend's game has been crashing whenever he tries to load into the pre-sigmascape area. He can't unlock the sigmascape raids and he's really disappointed. Is there any fix for this? He's using an AMD 7 3700x, RTX 3060, and he has 16gb of ram. We don't know the motherboard, but is there anything we can do?
