Miladeen's Studium Uniform! (Ameliance custom delivery)
Not really sure how posting in the forums works but hopefully this catches the attention of the right people/person!
I started the new custom delivery added in Endwalker and was introduced to the first student in the Sharlayan exchange program, Miladeen!:

I tried searching for her outfit but there's only one comparable item in the game, which is the Scholasticate Coat added all the way back in patch 3.5:

Miladeen's outfit is actually different though, sporting a plaid bow instead of a regular bowtie/neckerchief as well as a different emblem/crest above the coat buttons. The Scholasticate coat also only dyes the trimmings/accent and the base color is unchanged:
