FF 25th Anniversary

I was just checking the FF website that has been completed today for the 25th Anniversary and noticed this artwork for FFXIV on the main page, along with the artworks of the other thirteen main episodes that we already saw before.

I don't remember seeing it anywhere before though and I can't even tell who she (?) is.

Thought I'd share so we discuss and maybe find out.
