Mistake in key item's description in Dragoon job quest "Sworn Upon a Lance"

Not sure that it is mistake but there is incorrect word in key item's description, Polished Culet:

Heustienne is a female character, so it's not correct to call her Ser. Maybe I'm wrong and it's lore detail that all dragoons are called Ser because of their respected job and it doesn't depend on their sex. But I didn't see she was called "Ser" anywhere else.

This is not an error. Ishgardian Knights are styled Ser Forename. The journal and quest tracker refer to Ser Heustienne multiple times (See: Quest: Unfading Skies and Quest: Double Dragoon)
