Adventurer plate photosensitivity

Steps:
1. While loading into a game, someone on the enemy team had a flickering purple glow effect that was extremely obnoxious to look at as it was flickering rapidly at the top left corner of their plate.
2. The match was around 5:30 pm central time that I remember seeing it.

I have noticed that animated weapons retain their animated effects, as I think the plates are posed "live" models rather than pictures. Most likely the picture you saw had a purple-glowing weapon held just outside of the frame.
