Aether Current Side-Quests are not completed upon purchasing story skips

I purchased a story skip to Shadowbringers about a year ago; while I have all aether current for all zones Stormblood and Below, the blue quests associated with these currents have not been marked as complete; has made it difficult to track what quests are important and unlock further content within those zones.

Would it be possible to have these quests marked as complete?

It's not a bug though, it's by deisign. And yes it's annoying but I guess it's so that you can still get teh other rewards from those quests.
