I was wondering if these items can be attain unsynced? There's a lot of mixed information everywhere about this.

I'd like to have concrete information if these items are attainable unsynced.

I've been running Twintania 10 times a day lately, and have yet to see one, however there are Reddit posts mentioning these items can be attained unsynced.

If they are not attainable, I'd like to know how, because 5 million gil for each of these items feels a little ridiculous.

try syncing it a few times and if it drops then, then you know for certain.

you can also get these from quick retainer ventures (if you are lucky)
