Npcs & emotes

I think it would be fun if NPCs reacted to emotes..

ex/ /poke <t> would result in a "Whadaya want"

ex/ /dance <t> npc would laugh at you

depending on fame, infamy, rank or race you would get different responses

I dont like how they just stand there.. put a little Skyrim into it
