Let us use wathever class

I know i'll just get hated without reason but this is my dream:

I would like to be able to queue as a lvl 1 ARR class.

For reasons that i won't bother to explain i do pvp with all my different 8 characters. Let's say in pve i only use red with all jobs, but in pvp in only use WAR and BRD.. It's a pain in the arse to have to level all Marauders and all Archers to level 30 PLUS do all the class quests. (i honestly already done with NIN before the changes and i almost puke whenever i think of the possibility to do that chore AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN).

This is what i think could be done.

1) You unlock the possibility to pvp only when you have a job lvl 30 (don't remember if it is already like this, just in case i tell this to evade possible lvl 1 bots to jump right in pvp).

2) The classes will work EXACTLY like the corrispondent job (so almost no work involved). So, Gladiator = PLD, Marauder = War, etc..
