Global Debuff Display

I'm almost certain this has been brought up before but I thought another drop in the bucket might help. As the game stands now it's either you display everyone's applied debuffs or only yours. I'd like to see the option to show what I only know to refer to as global debuffs (non-dot debuffs) applied to the enemy. What do I mean by this? I'd like to filter out all of the uselss debuffs from other players that don't effect my game play, I'd like to see the mutually exclusive debuffs that get over-written by other players versions of that same ability.

I mainly play tank at the moment so it'd be super helpful to be able to see at a glance if my co-tank has used reprise before I make the decision to use mine. I'm proposing an option that would let you see if someone in your party has used any of those abilities; Mug, Reprise, Addle, Feint, Chain Stratagem and potentially if cared about any blue mage stuff or future abilities that when applied to the boss either buff the parities damage or debuffs the boss damage.

I know you can play with everyone's on but i find that it tends to clutter my screen since i keep my target status bar near the middle of my screen for when I'm playing jobs like bard or reaper where you have upkeep abilities you need to track.
