The Meeting of Minds Quest

Hello,

I have completed all of the questlines in the Studium
1. Completed Sharlayan Cuisine questline
2. Completed Wayback Machine questline
3. Completed A Friend in Need questline

I am currently finishing the fishing one but I know that it is not necessary for the Meeting of Minds quest. However, Qih Aliapoh has no quest for me. Whenever I go over to her and click on her, she tells me that she has heard someone else needs my help. Who??

I have done all the mining, botany, and the ones listed above and am almost done with fishing now. Who in world could she be talking about? Was a new character put in with the new update to put the quest behind a new gate that I have to go through? I have rebooted my computer and rebooted the FFXIV client, I don't know what else to do.

So now, after all those hours I cannot do the final quest to get the minion. Am I the only one that has had this issue?

Exactly that, you need to do the fishing quest line as well as that's part of them too.
