New Game +

I would like to suggest that the New Game + mode offer experence points as rewards.
I realize there are otherways to level up, like fates, dungeons, etc but some like to progress through the story, especially when learning a job they never played before.
I feel this would make leveling up another job be just a bit more interesting for some players.

I wouldn't mind this. Everyone likes different part of the game. Some like grinding fates and some only play the game for the story. You should be able to redo it on a different job and receive XP. It is not faster than roulettes or Bozja anyway so it shouldn't be a big deal.

You're going to learn your job through dungeons more than you're going to learn it one shotting things in in the MSQ.

This is an MMO and they want people leveling alts the MMO way. The only way NG+ would work with EXP rewards is if they cut the exp in half from standard MSQ rewards as that would limit how much it would dilute the potential roulette pool.
