For the new Chronicles of a New Era quests, it is specified that "Players must first complete the main scenario quest "Endwalker," and the Chronicles of a New Era quest "A Dream in Flight.""
There is no such quest named "A Dream in Flight". That IS the name of the music used in the cutscene, and the orchestrion roll that is awarded from "To Kweh under Distant Stars".
