WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY IS THE SIMPLE ARCHED WINDOW NOT DYABLE? It's literally just a non-broken copy of the cracked arch window and that is dyable. Why do we get a version we can actually use in non-Halloween houses and then make it undyable??????

Probably an oversight as Nepentha said. The Florist house skin also could not be dyed when first released but they fixed that one or two hot fix patches later.
