There's a song that plays when the Scions come up with a plan sometimes later in the story. Starts with some guitar chords, and then a horn section comes in followed by strings. It's meant to pump you up.
The only cutscene I can remember it playing in is one of the first CS for Eden, where Thancred, Ryne, and WoL drive out on the hover car thing. Anyone know what song I'm talking about?
I'll go back and listen to it, then check the soundtrack. Might be able to tell you.

It sounds like it to me, the cutscene and the OST sound a little different but if I had to pick one that would be it (unless it's the cutscene before they get on the hover car, that's a common song theme).
