Custom Matches With Fewer Than 10

The request is simply to allow entry into custom games with less than 10 participants. This will facilitate

• Community events
• Players learning the game in a controlled environment
• Gpose opportunities (don't act like people don't value that)
• Hours upon hours of entertainment

I have always assumed that the argument for not allowing this since the Feast days has been preserving instance servers, but ever since Exploration Mode was introduced, that reasoning has flown out the window.

To clarify, Exploration Mode is wonderful for many reasons, but if one person can take up an instance, then a handful of players between 2 and 10 should be able to enter a Crystalline Conflict area. The benefits, I feel, would be worthwhile.
