Odd resolution gets odd results (whowouldhavethunkit?)

Long story short, I have monitors mounted on arms and keep one vertical. On a lark I tried to set it to 1080x1920 and it worked wonderfully. Heck, I like it for some odd reason.

Only problem is the names are gigantic.

It's no problem in most places but the second I hit a town or such the middle of my screen becomes a wall of text.

Not expecting anything from this but is there any solution to this? I'd like to keep this and there's no options in game to shrink the font size. It appears to be tied to the Y resolution since it's almost double of what it is at 1920x1080 (1080p).

Wish we could adjust the font size of the names.
I play at 1920x1200 and all names on my screen are just huge.
