"Level 70 Weapon Coffer" and similar are misleadingly named and should be Item Level

Since the ARR quest revamp, a number of quests give "Level XX Weapon Coffers" to replace the old system of handing out specific weapons across multiple quests – so there is a Level 21, Level 24 and so on.

This is fine up to level 50, at which point there are several coffers containing level 50 weapons of varying item levels but the naming system is not altered, so the coffers are misleadingly labelled as containing weapons for level 70, 90 and even the nonexistent level 110.

These should be renamed to either indicate item level or (since there are a few weapon series at those item levels) the weapon series within them – Giantsgall, Rowena's Tokens and Gerolt's Masterworks – so people can check the shop lists for glamour purposes before opening them.


(Also, throwing in a non-localisation request to please-pretty-please restore a way for us to buy the currently-inaccessible IL 100 weathered versions of the Masterworks because they look different to the upgraded ones. They are the sole casualty of the otherwise very good idea to sell the upgraded versions by default.)
